Visited Ben at the garage, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly guy who wasn't pushy in the slightest. He talked us through the cars available within my son's budget, had a test drive, loved the car, very good condition and price for the age of vehicle. Car had been serviced and MOT before sale as well as new windscreen wipers all round which is a great touch and came with a free 3 month warranty and paperwork. Drove away the same day. I recently bought a car from Ben, and my experience was fantastic. He's down-to-earth, bubbly & very welcoming. Ben took the time to clearly explain everything I needed to know about the car, let me test drive it, and never once came across as pushy or rushed to make a sale. The car came with 3 months warranty and 12 months MOT, which gave me great peace of mind. A little while after purchasing, I had an issue with a light flashing on the dashboard. I gave Ben a call, and he had it sorted the very same day. His aftercare and dedication to customers are second to none. Ben is a genuinely lovely guy, and I'll definitely be returning in the future. I 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a car.

First and foremost, ben is probably one of the nicest and most honest lads ive ever dealt with when buying a car, thoroughly explains what's been done to the vehicle in order to get it up to standard and had more than enough time to go through any questions we had. Not only has he just sorted my sister out with a fantastic little beetle, hes also gone out of his way to find me an insignia estate (special request) for next week!!! as im in a bit of a rush and even happy to do me the favour of putting it through a fresh MOT and service! Customer services 10/10, would recommend to anyone!

Was helping my dad to look for a car to buy and came across Pinnacle. Ben (owner) has been absolutely great, there was no pressure selling from him at all. My dad ended up buying a car from Ben and it was serviced before he picked it up. It developed a minor fault and Ben was quick to get it resolved and got it back to my dad as soon as possible. We bought our son a used Vauxhall Corsa for our sons 21st and graduation, from Ben at Pinnacle. The whole process was made so easy by Ben who certainly was not pushy or harassing on our visit. Ben was extremely informative regarding the history of the vehicle and also that he had put a new clutch in before he marked the car ready for sale. We were left to make our minds up, but decided at the moment to go away and think about it. Less than a few hours later we reserved it. Ben also held on to the car for a couple of weeks until our sons birthday which helped us keep the surprise a secret. We would to take this opportunity to thank Ben again and wish him a successful business going forward. I would highly recommend Ben and certainly when we are looking for a used car, Pinnacle will be our first port of call.

I recently had a fab experience at Pinnacle Motors while looking for a new car. The service was great! Massive thank you to Ben who was incredibly flexible and adjusted the opening hours to allow me to go and view the vehicle around my working hours. The handover of the new vehicle was seamless, largely thanks to Lily. She was absolutely fab to deal with and clearly knew her stuff! Lily walked me through all the features, answered every question with confidence, and made sure I was completely comfortable before driving off. The car did have an issue with the ABS light coming on after buying however, Ben swiftly sorted it under the warranty as well as efficiently correcting a problem with one of the keys. I purchased a SEAT a couple of weeks ago after going down to the site to have a look. Lilly was really helpful and assisted with the whole process, including the taxing of the new car. Ben was also a great help with the part exchange process of my old car as well as any issues post sale. All in all I was in and out in around an hour with a new car, including a test drive! I've just bought my first car from Pinnacle Motor Group and I couldn't recommend them enough. Ben and Lilly were so fantastic and fixed up all the issues that came up in the MOT and service, and then even took it to the garage again after an engine light warning came up as we were driving it home. An added bonus is that they're really easy to contact and really speedy with their responses. Lilly also made sure all the documents and road tax etc were in order and honestly just made it a super streamlined process. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and feel so safe driving now! Wow. What an amazing experience I had with Ben. After going to countless other dealers and being lied to, Ben was a breath of fresh air. I would recommend Ben and his dealership to anyone looking to buy a second hand car. My son purchased his second car from Ben after a horrible experience in Leicester with his first car, which he returned. We went looking for a specific car but Ben advised that we spend a bit more and get something a little better. My son is really happy with the car and the work that was carried out on it before we picked it up. Now, approximately 6 weeks down the line we phoned Ben to advise of a small oil leak. Without hesitation Ben booked the car in with his mechanic, honoring the three month warranty supplied with the vehicle. I can't recommend Pinnacle Motor Group enough. I have two more children who will need cars in the coming years and Ben is the first place we'll be going. Keep up the good work Ben !!

My Dad (82yrs) bought a bmw f10 525d. Great looking car in excellent condition. Owner walked through everything, looking after my dad. Really impressed. We took out an extended warranty for piece of mind. My dad used the warranty a few months later, again the owner help support my dad through getting the refund. The after sales service was second to none. I can't recommend this company enough. Buy with confidence. When I look to get a car, will definatley be looking for one through Pinnacle motor group.

I hate buying cars. I don't know much about cars beyond the basics and how to drive one, so it always feels like I'm stepping into minefield. Fortunately, dealing with Ben at Pinnacle made the process stress free and as enjoyable as it can be when I'm parting with a large sum of money. I've just bought an insignia off Ben, had a couple of chats with him on the phone. Ben is just about as honest as they come, highlighted any issues to me before I'd seen the car and had the car picked up to go to the mechanics to have something checked out the same day I placed the deposit (issue he made me aware of before I placed it). I made him aware that I needed a car by the end of the next week (this week) at the latest as I was without a car. Made assurances it would be ready, and if it wasn't then he'd loan me a car until it was. Really can't say fairer than that. Car needed a couple of bits for the MOT, they got sorted. When it was back it got valeted straight away and then Ben gave me the call to say it was ready. It meant he was staying back a few minutes after closing, but he didn't make it an issue and didn't rush me with anything. I didn't expect the level of service I got paying the amount I did for the car, but Ben does what he says he's doing to do. I had no idea that his garage was there and so locally, certainly wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Ben was very quick at responding from the initial enquiry about the opening times of the garage, to the after-care of the vehicle. Ben is upfront and honest and is transparent about everything involving thecar. There was an issue with one of the two keys which I noticed when I'd got home but Ben quickly responded and reimbursed us for the cost of a new key. Excellent service- trustworthy and good communication.

I had spent 2 months looking for the perfect kia sportage. And when I seen Ben put this up I text a stupid o clock in the morning to ask for pics. 6am the next day he had sent me the pics. Then we asked for video to look over the car as we travelled some distance to get it. We was greeted by Ben who was amazing he offered us drinks, choclate, he also sorted out the tax forms. He was very polite and couldn't help us enough. He offered me the best deal for part ex my car. He took another £100 pound for me to get a new tyre even though he had put 2 new on the front. They put new wipers and brake pads everything that needed doing was done. Car was valeted b4 we got there. He offers breakdown and warranty. I'm so chuffed with my car and Ben made the whole experience stress free. Would definitely recommend you used this place. 😄

Ben was extremely honest about the car (it needed a new clutch) but the price reflected that and he was still willing to do a good deal, it had a great service history and is a very tidy motor overall. Absolutely outstanding service from Ben. We heard through word of mouth about a car we could be interested in. I contacted Ben and within a few days we were at his showroom, being shown a great range of cars. We purchased a Volkswagen Scirocco which had been well prepared by Ben, who did all the required works, fresh service and MOT ready for us to drive it away. Ben is fantastic, always kept in contact with us and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process, and created a very simple process of part exchanging our previous car, and purchasing a new one.
